RATES FOR INITIAL HOUSE OR APARTMENT MAID SERVICES

I charge a flat rate for all initial and one time cleanings. I do not know how dirty a home is until I start cleaning it. Some homes need only maintenance cleanings. Others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean.

RATES FOR MAINTENANCE MAID SERVICES

Take much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance cleaning. The rate is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, how often I clean and the number of pets and people living in your home. Ask for quotes.

Dust any ceiling fans, lights, mini-blinds and other high dusting. I clean wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, windowsills, doors and door trim. I dust, clean and/or polish all furniture and all decorative items. I clean baseboards quarterly. And I sweep, mop and vacuum.

MAID SERVICES IN THE KITCHEN

I clean all cabinets and appliances. I move your small appliances and other items on your counter and clean the counter area. I clean the tops of all items and replace them where I found them. I scour your sink and sweep and thoroughly mop your floor.
